The Secerts of Upper Michigan WaterfallsOur goal is to find as much information about Upper Michigan Waterfalls so we can assure that your vacation planning runs smoothly. One of our favorites is Tahquamenon Falls. You can view the page by clicking here. We have visited a few other wonderful ones that are also worth seeing.... Horseshoe Falls is located in Munising, Michigan. 1 block East off M-28. You can access it through a small gift shop, for a small admission fee. We really enjoyed this one. They have a big Trout pond where you can feed the the Rainbow Trout, and several other fun things to do.
Miners Falls is located on Miners River. 8 miles North/East of Munising, Michigan. Located in Pictured Rocks National Park. There a 1.2 mile walk to get there, and several stairs to get to the viewing deck. We found it to be well worth the walk.
Sable Falls, is located in Sable Creek. 1 mile West of Grand Marais, Michigan. Though we have not seen this one yet, we have put it on our to-visit list. Our Niece recently took a day trip to visit a few of the Upper Michigan Waterfalls and Pictured Rocks National Park. She and her family had a wonderful trip. Below is a link to her pictures.
