Dobber's?? Please....

Lehto's is the *only* place to get a real pasty. I think nothing of driving the 220+ miles up from downstate to get Lehto's. I have a half-dozen frozen Lehto's pasties in the freezer right now, in fact.

Hmm... Feelin' kinda hungry now...

THE ORIGINAL LEHTO'S PASTIES USED SHAVED SIRLOIN BEEF, AS STATED IN A NEW YORK TIMES ARTICLE (WHICH i HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND) AND AS TOLD BY MR. AND MRS. LEHTO THE MANY MANY TIMES WE STOPPED THERE OVEER THE YEARS. SEEMS NOW THE RECIPE CALLS FOR COARSLEY GROUND SIRLOIN WHICH WOULD BE A CHANGE FROM THE ORIGINAL RECIPE. DOES ANYONE HAVE THE REAL ORIGINAL RECIPE?
